Since the water softener has been installed, (Spring 2023), it has performed faultlessly and we are very pleased with the benefits provided by using softened water. (No more scale in the bathroom.) Running costs appear very reasonable.

The softener looks really good and fits perfectly in kitchen under unit cupboard. We have had it for nearly 5 months now and water lovely and soft and we are impressed that it is able to deliver such soft water and yet uses far less salt that my previous softener and it operates nice and quietly when regenerating. We are really pleased with our Monarch softener.
