When hard water is heated and equipment is left unprotected, limescale will build up inside the machine, around elements and will block pipework. Equipment damaged in this way will lead to breakdown, costly service and downtime, or worse still, complete failure leading to expensive and unnecessary replacement costs.
Prevention rather than Cure
Water is dynamic and as a result of this, changes in weather patterns, water levels, leaks or shortages all mean that water is transported around the UK and pumped into areas where it is needed. This means, you cannot assume that water that is soft today, will continue to be so in 6 months or a year’s time.
Don’t take for granted the importance and protection offered by a softener or reverse osmosis system. Always take into account the expected lifespan of equipment and the potential changes to incoming water supply that could happen over this timeframe.

What Technology does it have to make it more Energy Efficient and save the operator money?
Our PROSOFT CS Range delivers a host of technologies to assist end-user operators. One of these is Opti-Brining, our Energy Saving & Cost Saving technology that ensures less water and salt are used.
Opti-Brining, using HE Resin, will work out the amount of water used against the capacity available and will then add only enough water to the salt to create a brine solution for regeneration. It will only do this when there isn’t enough capacity left to soften water for the following day. The result – intelligent use of water and regeneration meaning less salt used, less water water used and less energy consumed.

Our CS Range
Our PROSOFT CS Range is supplied with integrated digital display with time clock operation with volume override feature delivery peace of mind at busy times. If water usage is higher than normal, the softener will automatically override the clock to ensure supply meets demand.
To compliment the technology, design and single-size footprint of our model, they can be purchased with our Rapid-Fit Bypass, which reduces required components by 80% making fitting and installing the softener as simple as possible. Installers simply connect the water in and out from the mains supply and attach the hoses for a quick and easy installation.
The Rapid-Fit Bypass is available in a range of sizes, complies with WRAS guidelines and can give up to an impressive 80lpm flow rate using its featured 1” high flow built-in check valve.
