Field Service Engineer
This position is responsible for providing on-site service and support to customers. Acts as mobile field service engineer on assigned open tickets to resolve customer affecting technical issues in a timely fashion in order to maintain maximum customer satisfaction. Candidates will be provided with company vehicle, tools, parts and equipment and company uniform.
Working hours are 40 per week, however there may be times when additional hours are required.
The work will mainly be domestic applications, although some commercial work is involved.
Candidates must have good technical and practical expertise. Technical, engineering, basic plumbing background or white goods experience would be beneficial. Must have good customer service skills as will be dealing with customers on a daily basis and be able to assist them with any queries they have on the product.
Experience of water softeners would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. Must be willing to travel for training purposes.
